We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products, whether you’re at the Blu Future Collections eCommerce website, social media site or in our Blu Culture Collections Retail Store.
Returns
We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the merchandise you purchase from Blu Culture Collections. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and fit to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes merchandise may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
For any other damaged merchandise, simply return it with the original receipt and original packaging within 14 days of the date you receive the merchandise for a full refund. For any other undamaged merchandise, simple return it with the original receipt within 10 days of the date you receive the merchandise for a store credit.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders take 7-15 Business days to ship out to the consumer. Blu Culture Collections cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
Consumers Only
Blu Culture Collections sells and ships products to end-user customers only. You may not purchase products from Blu Culture Collections for resale, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are doing so.
